Audio Joiner
Audio Joiner merge voice recordings online combine mp3 files concatenate sound clips join wav recordingsTurn several recordings into one track
Choose two or more audio files, arrange them with Earlier and Later, and select MP3 or WAV output. You can add the same silent gap between every pair of recordings. Join audio creates one continuous track in the displayed order, with a player for checking it before downloading.
Joining plays clips one after another
This tool concatenates recordings. It does not mix two voices together, overlay music, trim clips, or create a crossfade. Each input runs from its beginning to its end, followed by any chosen gap and then the next input. Use it for separate voice notes, lesson segments, rehearsal takes, or other recordings that already contain the portions you want to keep.
Worked example: two short recordings
A one-second recording followed by a two-second recording produces about three seconds of audio with no gap. Set the gap to 0.5 seconds to produce about 3.5 seconds. With three recordings there are two gaps, not three. Move the second file earlier to reverse the first two sections. The tool does not add silence before the first recording or after the last.
Output format and audio quality
MP3 output is encoded at 192 kbps. WAV uses uncompressed 16-bit PCM. Both outputs use stereo channels and a 44.1 kHz sample rate so recordings with different source settings can join consistently. Mono recordings are converted to stereo. This normalization does not improve the original recording quality, and encoding an existing MP3 again introduces another lossy compression step.
Listen across every join
The preview player uses the same result you download. Check the boundary between clips, particularly when source recordings have different loudness or background noise. No loudness normalization or automatic fade is applied. Small differences between estimated duration and an MP3 player's reported duration can result from encoding delay and padding. WAV is useful when you need an uncompressed intermediate file for further editing.
Limitations and local processing
Select 2–12 MP3, WAV, M4A, OGG, or FLAC files totaling no more than 80 MB. The decoded combined duration, including gaps, must fit within 30 minutes. The local media engine is loaded when you process, so the first run can take longer. Decoded audio occupies substantially more memory than compressed input. A five-minute processing limit stops a stalled job; use shorter recordings if your device struggles.
Audio Joiner FAQ
Can I cancel a long job?
Yes. Cancel processing stops the local engine and returns the controls for another attempt. Closing the page also discards the current job.
Are filenames sent to a server?
No. Files are processed in this browser. The result removes source metadata and uses a new filename.
Why won't a supported extension decode?
A container can hold an unsupported codec or damaged data. Try exporting that recording as a normal PCM WAV first; changing its extension alone does not convert it.
