Apply one text watermark across a batch

Choose JPG, PNG, or WebP images, enter watermark text, choose diagonal, centered, corner, or tiled placement, set opacity, then select Apply watermark. The same settings apply to every selected file. One result downloads directly; multiple watermarked images download in a ZIP.

Choose placement that matches the purpose

Diagonal across center creates a large rotated mark spanning the image and is the strongest single-mark option. Center placement is prominent without rotation. Four corner choices keep more image detail clear. Tiled text is harder to remove with one crop but covers the most visual detail. Opacity balances visibility against distraction.

How diagonal sizing works

The diagonal option rotates text from lower left toward upper right and scales it against the image diagonal. Short labels grow larger; long labels shrink to fit. Review narrow portraits and unusually long text because available diagonal space changes with image shape.

Batch watermark workflow

Bulk processing is useful when a listing, portfolio, or client proof set needs consistent wording. Use source images with similar dimensions because text size scales for each image. Review both the smallest and largest result. A mark that looks balanced on a landscape photo may crowd a narrow portrait.

Worked example

A photographer is sending fifteen low-resolution previews. Select all fifteen, enter “PROOF © Rivera Studio,” choose diagonal placement, and set opacity to 35%. The browser creates separate marked files inside one ZIP. Check faces and important product details before sending the set.

What a visible watermark can and cannot do

The text becomes part of the output pixels, so removing metadata will not remove it. A watermark can discourage casual reuse and preserve attribution when an image is shared. It cannot prove authorship by itself, prevent screenshots, or stop a determined editor from retouching pixels. Keep originals and ownership records.

Output and privacy

Selected images are decoded and redrawn locally. No photo or watermark text is uploaded. Keeping the original format is convenient, but JPEG and WebP output uses the selected quality and may change file size. Re-encoding normally removes embedded metadata and color profiles.

Limitations and assumptions

This version applies text watermarks with a consistent high-contrast style; it does not upload a logo or expose arbitrary fonts. Each file may be at most 30 MB and 40 megapixels. Animated files are rejected. Very long text shrinks the useful layout and should be avoided. Always inspect output before publishing.
