Write the exact page sequence you want

Choose a PDF, then enter page numbers in the desired output order, such as 3, 1, 2, 5. Leave out a page to remove it or repeat a number to duplicate it. Choose an optional rotation applied to every copied page, select Organize PDF, and download the new document.

One canonical page-order workflow

Reordering, deleting, duplicating, and rotating pages all change the sequence or orientation of copied pages. Keeping them together avoids making visitors pass the same document through several nearly identical tools. The source file is never modified; a new PDF is built from the sequence you provide.

Worked example

A scanner produced pages in the order back cover, page one, page two, blank sheet, page three. If those are source pages 1 through 5, enter 2, 3, 5, 1. The blank fourth page is omitted and the back cover moves to the end. Choose 90° clockwise only if every selected page needs that additional turn.

Using ranges and duplicates

Ranges such as 1-4 expand in ascending order. You can combine them with single numbers, as in 5, 1-4, 5, which places page five at both ends. The tool validates every requested number against the source page count instead of silently dropping mistakes.

Privacy and quality

Pages are copied locally without conversion to images. Fonts, vectors, and photographs normally retain source quality. No file upload occurs. A rotation changes page orientation metadata and content placement as supported by the PDF page object; it does not attempt to detect sideways text automatically.

Limitations and assumptions

This compact interface uses an explicit sequence rather than thumbnail drag-and-drop. It applies the selected rotation to all output pages, not individual choices. Complex forms, bookmarks, article threads, signatures, scripts, attachments, and accessibility relationships may not survive page copying exactly. Removing a page does not securely redact references to information elsewhere in a complex PDF.
